Day 5

Day 5 and going strong :)
Some of my recipes:
---Bloody Mary Wanna-Be---
3 plum tomatos
1 head romaine lettuce
1 large carrot
12 small carrots
5 stalks celery
1/2 clove garlic
1 peeled lemon
small handful cilantro.
Juice all and top with a bit of cayenne, cracked black pepper, celtic sea salt or kelp, and dulse if you would like.
Makes 3 cups (with Samson 6-in-1 Juicer)

---Juicy Fruity---
1/2 orange
1/2 pear
1/2 apple
1/2 lemon
1 cucumber
large handful red grapes
fennel (to your liking)
ginger (also to your liking)
watermelon and coconut water (both optional)
Dash a bit of cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top and enjoy.
